New Model Announcement – Halcyon Studio
We are so excited to announce our latest tiny home model, the Halcyon Studio!
This tiny home is designed to be a luxury hotel room, you can put anywhere! While our other models are designed for full time tiny home living, this tiny home is designed to be a perfect guest house, summer getaway, mother-in-law suite or home away from home. Anywhere that you would want a hotel room with all the amenities.
Here are some of the ways our clients are dreaming up use for a Halcyon Studio:
A backyard guest house for out of town family members
A living space for an ageing mom who needs a quiet space of her own but family support close by
As an Airbnb or VRBO rental property
As a little forest getaway home
As a home office if you need a little separation from your main living space
As a place for your neurodivergent young adult to build some independent living experience.
Over the coming month, we will be sharing more about our first two Halcyon Studios that have recently landed in their new home on beautiful rural land in Utah! One is a master suite for the parents and the other is for the kids and will have 2 custom bunk beds and a pull-out couch. It will be the most fun summer family getaway home ever!
The options are endless.
This tiny home works just as well in an urban setting as it does as a remote getaway. This tiny home doesn’t need a lot storage, because it’s designed for shorter-term stays. We’ve managed to intentionally include enough storage space to be functional, but have reserved the rest of the space for an open, luxurious, and grand feeling, capitalizing on views and focusing on natural light and huge windows.

A beautiful little kitchenette and table for 2, which can also be used as a digital workspace.
Custom 3-piece bathroom
Luxury King or Queen Size Bed with integrated storage (or personalize without a bed if you’re looking for open space for a studio, clinic space, or office.)
